As we ship around the globe, a wait of 5 - 10 days is the average shipping time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchange of products but we do offer refunds for faulty products. Given that the packaging is intact and there is sufficient evidence to suggest that the product has come broken. Although we ensure the products are of highest quality, we do know that sometimes these things happen.
